About

My passion for design began as a child. I enjoyed collecting pebbles from my best friend’s garden and forming them into floor plans on her driveway on our street in Portland, Oregon. At home, I spent time drawing cozy interiors and loved “styling” my surroundings and making everything pretty.

Fast forward and I earned a BA in interior design and married my husband, Rich. We moved to the east coast, where I dove into my design career in the beautiful Berkshires of western Massachusetts and Boston. Rich was soon offered an exciting work opportunity overseas, in finance, so we embarked on a life adventure to Asia, where we started a family of 3 daughters and lived for more than 18 years in Hong Kong and Singapore. I traveled extensively throughout Asia and around the world, creating beautiful homes and collecting art, antiques and textiles.

"If you appreciate a perfectionist, you will love working with Jonna!"

I’m fascinated by other countries, cultures and customs and find travel to be exhilarating and fulfilling. Nothing lights me up more than meeting artists and craftsmen from around the globe and collecting beautiful objets d’ art. Whether it’s handwoven tribal rugs from Morocco to hand-dyed textiles from Vietnam, handcrafted baskets from Bali to mouth-blown glassware from Mallorca, my clients embrace the one-of-a-kind treasures from around the world I bring them.
My work is inspired deeply by nature. Organic and earthy, yet sophisticated and timeless interiors infuse my design aesthetic. I gather earthy textures and natural elements such as wood, stone, metal, wool and linen to create homes that are imbued with the surrounding natural landscape.
As a mixed media artist and photographer, my clients always look forward to an original creation for their home. Nature is my siren song. I’m an avid hiker and road trip warrior. When I have time to unwind, you can find me cozied up in a comfortable chair with a cup of tea and knitting needles flying. I reside in beautiful Utah, serving clients in Park City, Victory Ranch, and Salt Lake City. But as a serial-traveler, I'm always delighted to take on projects anywhere in the world.
